Description: I had a great time visiting the Virgin Atlantic Munich Office with my family. They helped us with all of our flight information and were really polite. They smiled as they answered all of our questions about our bags and seating. The office was neat, orderly, and simple to find. They even helped us change the date of our return without any issues. Dealing with them directly was rather comfortable. We were really happy with the service, and I would most certainly come back to the office if I ever needed assistance again.
