Description: Our family trip to Nice from Paris was a special one, we were traveling with three generations: my parents, my wife and I, and our two children. They helped us rearrange our itinerary to allow longer layovers and made sure my elderly parents had wheelchair assistance through the terminals. They also ensured that our seats were grouped together, which is a godsend when you're traveling with kids. They even suggested some great meal options onboard suitable for both the children and my diabetic father. We felt heard, respected, and supported throughout the entire interaction. What really impressed us was how culturally aware and multilingual the staff were. Communication was effortless. Thanks to the team at the Air France Paris Office, our trip started stress-free. The flight itself lived up to the expectation with courteous service and comfortable seating, but the real MVPs were the ground staff at the Paris office. We'll definitely be returning to them for all our future family trips!
