Description: It was a great pleasure to visit the Cathay Pacific Mexico Office. The staff was really helpful when my family and I needed last-minute information about our impending journey. They gave us comprehensive explanations and assisted us in changing our preferred seat. We were comfortable the entire time because of the laid-back vibe of the office. To make sure we were taken care of, the personnel went above and beyond. I would suggest this office to others because I'm so pleased with the service!
