Description: My family and I had a wonderful day at the Cathay Pacific Washington Office. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They gave us thorough explanations for all of the issues we had regarding our flights. They even assisted us in choosing our seats and provided us with baggage and lunch information. The office was easy to locate, quiet, and clean. Everything was completed swiftly, and we didn't have to wait long. Being patiently and respectfully treated felt amazing. We will most certainly return the next time we need assistance because we were quite pleased with the service.
