Description: My family and I had a great time at the Cathay Pacific Zurich Office in Switzerland. The staff was really polite and supportive. They provided us with extremely clear answers to a few issues we had about our baggage rules and flight itinerary. The office was tidy, orderly, and easy to locate. My kids were at ease as they waited, too. The staff members were cordial and understanding with us. It greatly simplified our travel plans. I sincerely appreciate their help and would definitely return if needed.
