Description: I had the pleasure of visiting the Delta Airlines Office in Aberdeen recently, and I have to say that the entire experience was outstanding. As soon as I went in, the personnel made me feel very welcome and were really professional and polite. A tense trip became manageable and even enjoyable because of their care and readiness to help. I had to rebook a flight that I missed because of unanticipated delays, and one employee in particular went above and above to assist me. In addition to making sure I was happy with the new arrangements and patiently going over all the possibilities, she even followed up to make sure everything was in order. The degree of individualized attention I got really impressed me. The office itself was tidy, orderly, and effectively operated. Every issue I had was fully addressed, and there was never a lengthy delay. Providing excellent customer service is something that the Aberdeen office team is obviously very proud of. My faith in Delta Airlines has been reinforced by this event, and I sincerely appreciate the assistance I got. I have no difficulty in recommending Delta's Aberdeen office to other travelers and will continue to fly with them.
