Description: My family and I had an excellent experience when we visited the EL AL Airlines Washington Office. The staff was amiable and assisted us with every aspect of our flight. They provided us with straightforward answers to our issues regarding luggage and preferred meals. We didn't have to wait long for assistance, and the office was tidy and convenient. Everyone there made us feel welcome and courteous. Their professionalism and organization pleased me. If I ever needed assistance again, I would most certainly return.
