Description: Last week, my friends and I had a great time at the EL AL Airlines Washington Office. The staff was courteous and helpful when we had inquiries concerning our trip arrangements. They took the time to go over all of our options with us, and they even offered some useful travel advice. We had a short wait time and could easily locate the office. The service was not hurried at all and was warm and personal. We will return when necessary because we were so pleased with the way everything was handled.
