Description: I wanted to relay a recent incident I had with the JetBlue Airlines Nassau office. My folks aren't very tech-savvy, so I went in to get them tickets. The lady took her time to go over the various fare classes, additional luggage costs, and check-in procedures. They even provided aid in Spanish, which was really beneficial to my mother. To be honest, this place offers more individualized service than a 1-800 number. The line moved quickly, the office was spotless, and I left with a lot more assurance about their next trip.
