Description: I had a great time visiting the Philippine Airlines Bangkok Office with my family. The personnel provided us with straightforward answers to all of our inquiries regarding baggage weight and additional costs. They also offered us advice on how to improve our packing. We received kind and respectful treatment from the staff. We were not in any sense hurried. My folks were able to understand everything because it was all described in plain language. I thought their careful handling of everything was excellent. Excellent service is provided by this agency, and I would gladly return.
