Description: My family and I had a wonderful time when we visited the Vietnam Airlines London Office. The employees smiled as they greeted us and paid close attention to our inquiries. They responded nicely and courteously to our request for assistance with some changes to our flight schedule. The office was comfortable, quiet, and well-kept. They provided us with useful travel advice in addition to a thorough explanation of everything. We were content and at ease when we left the office. We had never dealt with an airline office in London before, and we were quite pleased with Vietnam Airlines' level of service.
