Description: We were quite pleased with the service when my family and I visited the Vietnam Airlines London Office. When we had any questions concerning the flight, the staff were helpful and kind. Everything was thoroughly explained, including seat selection and baggage regulations. Additionally, we had no trouble changing a few things about our reservation. The office was easily located and kept clean. All of the people we spoke with were courteous and competent. It went smoothly and was enjoyable. I would most certainly return if I needed assistance with my trip arrangements.
